National Construction Manager:
Objectives:
Directly responsible for the general management of the entire Construction process on a project. Responsible for the timely completion of all pre-market Construction research and Subcontractor evaluation. This includes but is not limited to RFQ completion and evaluation, contract negotiations and contract pricing determination via the unit price list and model sites. Also responsible for all activities related to successfully achieve Ready for Installation status. A more specific Scope of Work is defined below.
Scope of Work:
14. Responsible for localizing and translating the model sites and the model site price list and the unit price list.
15. Responsible for localizing and translating the templates and written descriptions for the Permit Drawings and Construction Drawings.
16. Responsible for selecting and determining the availability of towers, air-conditioners, containers, and other project related materials required to complete construction works.
17. Responsible for determining country and client specific construction standards.
18. Establishes an organizational structure for the construction department.
19. Selects and contracts the construction and design subcontractors and personnel.
20. Organizes training for the Regional Construction Managers, Supervisors and Subcontractors.
21. Supervises reporting towards the internal ******** management and the Customer.
22. Successful acceptance of all construction work by the Customer in accordance to the fixed time schedule and the Scope of Work.
23. Quality supervision and overview of construction process on all sites and all subcontractors. Responsible for equal and high quality standard of civil works.
24. Supports Construction Supervisors in evaluation of per site costs.
Interfaces:
• Reports to the Project Director.
• Daily interaction and communication required with National Network Planning, National Site Acquisition Manager, National Acceptance / Document Control Manager and National Implementation Manager.
• Direct reports: Regional Construction Managers, Construction Supervisors, and National Construction Team Assistant.

Объём обязанностей от работы с Отделом приобретения прав на площадки для рассмотрения Чертежей на разрешения и Строительных чертежей до передачи готовой к монтажу площадки. Решать проблемы во время строительного процесса.

Объём работ:
Следит за поставкой предоставляемых субподрядчиками материалов.
Заказывает предоставляемые компанией материалы из Отдела по логистике.
Оценивает строительных субподрядчиков в соответствии с установленным объёмом работ и проектными целями.
Соблюдает строительные процессы и установленный временной график.
Отвечает за все аспекты Строительного отчёта о техническом осмотре площадки, рассмотрение Чертей на разрешения и Строительных чертежей, процедуры приёма-сдачи площадки от субподрядчика клиенту. Понимает контрактные обязательства и объём работ субподрядчиков. Обучает субподрядчиков процессу работы, принятому в компании.
Долговременное планирование каждой площадки для удостоверения завершения деятельности без задержек.
Отвечает за отчётность по всем связанным с площадкой проблемам, возможным задержкам и чрезвычайным обстоятельствам в базе данных CAPRI и Менеджеру по строительству.
Следит и отчитывается о статусе и качестве каждой отведённой площадки.
Устанавливает калькуляцию цен на модельную площадку, составляет сметы на технические осмотры площадок, не входящие в установленный перечень, и оценивает затраты на строительство.

Требования к кандидату:
2 года опыта работы в управлении телекоммуникационным проектом или в строительстве
Хорошие навыки управления субподрядчиками и принятия решений.
Способность работать независимо под сильным давлением и в сжатые сроки.
Хорошее понимание основных строительных принципов

Construction Supervisor:
Objectives:
Directly manages and supervises a limited number of sites and a limited number of subcontractors on a project. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for the on-time delivery of all project milestones and for obtaining all project quality standards. Scope of responsibilities will range from working with the Site Acquisition Department to review Permit Drawings and Construction Drawings to delivering a site that is Ready for Installation to the Implementation Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will also trouble-shoot site related problems throughout the Construction Process. A more specific Scope of Work is defined below.
Scope of Work:
1 Monitors supply of Subcontractor provided materials.
2 Orders ******** provided materials from Logistics Department
3 Evaluates construction subcontractors according to the fixed Scope of Work and project goals.
4 Complies with the construction processes and the defined time schedule.
5 Responsible for all aspects of the Construction Technical Site Survey Report, Permit Drawing review, Construction Drawing review, Construction Site Acceptance procedure from the Subcontractor and CSA with the Customer.
6 Comprehends Subcontractor’s contractual obligations and Scope of Work.
7 Trains the Subcontractors to ******** process.
8 Detailed per site knowledge and site visits to all sites allocated.
9 Advance planning for each site to make sure the next activity is completed without delay.
10 Responsible for reporting all site related problems, potential delays and extreme circumstances in the CAPRI database and to the Construction Manager.
11 Monitors and reports the status and quality of each allocated site.
12 Identification of the Model Site pricing and all Out of Scope Cost Estimates on Technical Site Survey and valuation of the costs of Construction.
13 Collects site documentation and As-built drawings from subcontractors to provide to the Design Supervisor.
14 Continuous updates of the CAPRI database
Interface:
• Reports to the Regional Construction Manager.

Qualification Profile:
• Two (2) years experience in telecommunication project management or telecommunications construction work. project experience required.
• Strong subcontractor management and decision making skills.
• Ability to work independently under extreme pressure with tight timeframes.

• Strong understanding of basic construction principles.

Должностные обязанности: Directly responsible for the overall quality and tracking of all documentation and drawings required by for acceptance of the work by the Customer on a Full Project. The documentation and drawings will be the product of all major departments and the Acceptance Coordinator will be responsible for working with all departments to ensure that all documents are completed and filed properly. The National Acceptance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all regions are informed on contract related deliverables and are properly filing and preparing the documents for acceptance by the Customer. A more specific Scope of Work is defined below.

Works closely with the Project Director in the early part of the project to define all documentation protocols and procedures required by the contract and as based upon the SPMG

Supplies and administers training and training documentation to all project departments

Ensures the filing on paper of main information in the Capri database
Organizes and delivers the site documentation for acceptance by the Customer
Organizes infrastructure of the National and Regional Acceptance & Documentation Centers.

Позиция: Quality Manager

Objectives:

Responsible for the introduction of Quality Management as one of the basic principles of *** Ukraine Service Department, focused on the Service Project Management Guideline (SPMG), CAPRI Database and the PM@ICM process.

To achieve the goal of providing the highest Quality of Service to our Customers for all Mobile Service Projects. Also to implement a Quality Management Process to be performed during the entire lifecycle of the Service Pre-Acquisition and Project Realization Phases.

Scope of Work:

Implement the Quality Management Process using standard documentation, processes, training, specifications and a single project management database (CAPRI) to track all processes.
Ensure the quality assurance processes and document control processes defined in the Customer Contract are implemented.
Set-up a Subcontractor Quality Management System.
Evaluate existing quality standards.
Recommend quality improvements.
Implement quality improvement program.
Modify SPMG flowcharts quality inspection steps and documentation flow to suit *** Ukraine Project.
Monitor the quality program.
Carry out quality inspections where certain output or deliverables must be accepted before work is handed over to another department or Customer.

Qualification Profile:

Two (3) years experience in Quality Project Management and Project Management.
Two (3) years experience in managing teams by setting and evaluating objectives, as well as in building organizations.
Strong decision-making and management skills.
Self-confident and firm, good presentation skills and a team player.
Good communication skills.
Proven ability to deal with a variety of partners / subcontractors and to monitor, evaluate and control their quality.
Good computer skills.
Has successfully achieved ISO9000 for an organisation or department.
