JOB SUMMARY:
The position is responsible for the sales of residential house and apartments developed the company. The sales process includes meeting with buyers, understanding their needs and presenting in the best possible light the benefits of company’s project(s). In addition, the sales representative will be responsible for follow-up with prospective buyers after the initial meeting/presentation, and for drafting, negotiating and concluding sales agreements.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. A university level education.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in the sales of high value items.
3. Some residential real estate experience in sales and/or consulting would be an asset.

Fortune 100 International Insurance Company is planning a major increase in its sales activity and sales force in individual sales during the coming year. The sales force expansion plan is from currently 350 sales agents to 1700 agents. Therefore a need has been identified in finding several professional managers that can take responsibility for setting up the sales on regional area level.

The main goal of the Area Manager position will be to coordinate the new initiatives within the area of individual sales and rapidly enlarge the sales force. The tasks include not only sales management but also operational management on a day-to-day basis. Tasks also include controlling of results, motivation and a substantial part includes the coordination and strengthening of trainings for newly employed and experienced sales staff. The area manager has no direct contact with the clients, so experience in motivating and training field force is more important than extensive own experience in direct sales. But the Area Manager should understand and be used to defining sales targets, bonus and motivation schemes as well as a sales system based on commission structure.
